Dental emergency

Zanzibar, Tanzania

Winter 2019

An urgent return flight was needed to see a specialist to treat a painful dental emergency. It was New Year’s Eve and we were able to arrange a return flight home, including a transfer to the airport that day for only a minor change fee.

Unexpected news

Lesotho and South Africa

Spring 2020

A couple received the wonderful news of a pregnancy in the first week of their dream vacation. To be extra cautious, they wanted to avoid any malaria-prone regions so we immediately overhauled the final two weeks of their itinerary.

Kruger National Park, South Africa

Summer 2019

We contacted our local partners who then guided our customer to another entrance of the park. We also alerted other travelers in South Africa of possible demonstrations.

Medical emergency

Nazca, Peru

Summer 2019

We arranged medical treatment immediately, rebooked the customer's flight once he was cleared to fly, and arranged a business-class upgrade for added comfort on the way home.
